Desperately need to loss weight

A friend of mine just uploaded photos in Facebook minutes ago and she tagged me this!!! I was like open up my mouth to the maximum plus my eyeballs is about to drop out, because this reminds me how much weight I gained in just a 3 months plus time!!! Again, it's only less than 4 month!!!


Here is the photo taken on 14th September 2010. See, I can only have a cup of ice from Igloo as my lunch. But NOW, my eyes are on the solid food! Goshhh, I'm have to get rid from this habit. No too much of fatty, oily, salty and sweety foods. I need to keep my body shape for life, and definately is not the body that I'm having now. ROAR!!!


And this is the photo taken on 1 January 2011~ It's just 3.5 months, do u see the difference? OMG!!! I seriously want my 48kg back!!! This is too FAT for me. My hubby, ang ang, please let me choose for my meals although I'm just having a cup  of ice instead of a plate of bak kut teh or chicken rice, coz I know when I'm hungry and when I'm not. Not going to take any food when I'm not hungry, that's TOO MUCH and resulted the fatty oily meat grows around my body. Wondering how much weight can I loss in this 3 weeks time. Hmm~

P/S: Purposely take the photo of the same shirt to emphasis the differences. But now, I'm still wearing S!!! LOL!
